Christmas Card from the Artists Rifles, with cap badge to front. Inside, a copy of a pen and ink sketch of a church and village scene by Osborne Pigrome. Before and after the war, he was a regular weekend watercolour painter. According to family stories, Osborne never spoke about the Great War. He never married and lived quietly with two elder sisters and a niece. Born 4th February 1880, died 26th April 1963.
