Notes |
Photographs taken by George Morton. Top left and right seem to be of a lighthouse ship; middle a group of Spanish aircraftsmen; bottom left a sailing boat, bottom right a pair of Spanish aircraftsmen.
George Henry Herbert Morton has no medal card in the Nation Archives records, suggesting that he went overseas too late to qualify for the War or Victory Medals. He seems to have been attached to the staff of the British Air Attache in Madrid, Lt. Col. Sandy. |
