Wenham Christian Name: William Comp: British Camp of prisoners of war 5th Batt Lincs Regt No: 2683 Cottbus No I Germany Mrs Wenham 45 Barcroft St New Cleethorpes Grimsby Lincs England 15.4.17 Dear Mother and all. Just a line in answer to your most welcome letters I have received 2 or 3 from you to-gether. I am very sorry to hear of mother being ill. I hope she will soon be better, as I am getting along champion at present. Am very pleased to hear Tom & Charlie are alright. Give my love to everyone I know. A kiss for the children xxx Tell mother she must not worry From Your Ever Loving Son Billy xxx" |
