Confetti Fetes

The Committee have been much gratified to receive collections made by means of ‘Confetti Fetes’ early in August at Port Erin and Port St Mary (Isle of Man), the net results being, form the former place £47 14 5d, remitted by Mrs Tookey, and from the other, £8 9s 3d, collected by Mrs Williams. The exertions of both these ladies and of all who co-operated with them are very warmly appreciated. A testimonial was forwarded to Captain W Elliott, Harbour Master and Hon. Agent at Port Erin, on account of valuable services rendered by him in connection with this and last year’s Fetes.
