Notes |
My Grandfather John King, born 23/10/1878 Edinburgh, is on the right. He was shot in the foot in France. He nearly lost his foot but did recover. Always walked with a limp afterwards. Served in Queens Own Cameron Highlanders. On leave before he was injured, could not sleep in a bed due to having flees and bed being too soft.
Unfortunately I do not know the other men. |
