Birth certificate for Frederick Oliver Guy, dated 28th February 1898 and recording his birth on 28th January that year. A hand written note down the right-hand side of the certificate reads "1916 31 Kent Street", which was Guy's address at around that time. Guy later served as a private in the Sherwood Foresters, and was killed and buried in France. Part of a collection relating to Frederick Guy.
