Christmas card featuring photograph of 6" gun (battleship emplacement) and several men standing ready to load/operate it. A right hand panel bears the printed message "With Best Wishes for a Happy Christmas". The card may have been sent by Frank Harold Elletson, and the ship may be the HMS Queen Elizabeth, on which he served. Part of a collection relating to Frank Harold Elletson, Royal Marine Artillery. Date uncertain, but the collection is described as including: "Diary [photo scrapbook] of HMS Queen Elizabeth, January to May 1915, plus photographs c. 1918".
