Certificate of baptism for Annie Moore, daughter of Private James Moore and his wife Elizabeth. The certificate, which is "a true Copy from the Primitive Methodist Register Book of Baptisms at Hessle Road Church in Hull", is dated 3rd July 1916, but the baptism itself took place on 17th October 1909, and Annie was born on 2nd October 1909. Part of a collection relating to James Moore.
