Notes |
A postcard sent by Arthur Blades, to his parents in Hull, from Hurdcott Camp, Salisbury Plains. Blades served as a Sergeant in the East Yorkshire Regiment. Instead of an image, the card bears a printed poem about Hurdcott Camp. Blades's message to his parents, thanking them for a parcel, is written around the edges of the poem. Part of a collection relating to John W. and Arthur Blades, deposited by Arthur Blades's niece.
