On Ancestry.co.uk you can search for a soldier, the same as with The National Archives (a link at the bottom opens further information about the cards). If you have a subscription, (or maybe your local library subscribes), you can view and download colour photos of the cards. Ancestry.co.uk have also scanned both sides of the card - the reverse occasionally carries additional information.
