Campsite, men staring at the camera, stew and tea being served round the camp fire. Men are from the 2nd Royal Warwickshires, 22nd Brigade, 7th Division, near Carnoy. Note that several of the men seen eating and drinking have their hair cropped short apart from a longish forelock - a style somewhat in vogue in the army of 1916.
